Exciting New 2023 Peace dollar error

I received 6 new 2023-P burnished Peace dollars from the US Mint and one of them has a very interesting error on the upper side of the obverse. The letters BER in LIBERTY are stamped up on a bulged rim area. Please take a look at the photos. I need help in determining what type of error it is referred to as and some advice on submitting it as an error to one of the grading companies like PGCS, NGC or ANACS. Could this be a planchet error?
What could possibly cause that bulge on top (circled in red in Area #1)?
Area #2 shows where the raised rim (or bulge area) blends back into the rim.

I could use some help figuring out what it is and how/where best to submit it for grading. Thanks!

That's interesting. Can you remove the coin from the capsule and take closer pictures and also the edge of the coin near there?

I could be wrong but it appears to be an optical illusion caused by the light hitting the capsule and creating a shadow. I say this because in the first photo that area appears to be going to the rim just before the I in liberty but in the very next photo it is shown going to the top of the I.

If by 5 examples you mean the two circles in the first photo and the three arrows in the second photo?

He said that 6 coins were purchased. I am saying that if the other 5 coins showed the same supposed error than it could be an optical illusion from the coin holders and the lighting angle. So wouldn't it be prudent just to open the holder and look at the coin in hand.

Plastic holders, including the TPGs', create several kinds of optical distortion. That's another reason to inspect the coin rather than a photo or video.
