New 1923S VAM 1FO

1923S VAM 1FO - Polished clash marks reverse

The obverse has no meaningful die markers, & no apparent clash marks. The reverse has polished clash marks in several areas, with file lines covering 1/3-1/2 of the reverse field.

Credit for the discovery goes to Jody Faust, who has posted excellent photos on the thread titled "1923S Unknown VAM Help..."

I would appreciate help with starting the page, and transferring Jody's photos to it. Thanks.
