Even before these new regulations, many eBay sellers still never shipped to Canada because it would involve filling out a simple form. I'm not going to delete it, but I am going to lock it. Everyone needs to play by the rules. When the rules are too onerous, people have three choices - skirt the rules at the risk of a penalty, get involved with getting the rules changed (this happened recently with the situation in Minnesota), or just stop playing. Import and export of collectible coins is complicated in other parts of the world, too. Collectors of ancients are acutely familiar with this situation.
