The subject coin appears to be an example of 1902 O VAM25 (Hot List 40 #34). It appears to exhibit a grade of MS62 on a good day. See images below.
The difficulty is that the 1 (one) in the date appears to be doubled on the top of the lower crossbar (see magnified image). Does this indicate the possibility of a VAM 25A?

Yes on the 25. Not enought to warrant a sublisting (to a 25A) in my opinion.
