Insight on a 1900-O VAM-8C

Can anyone support or refute a 1900-O/CC VAM-8C NGC MS62 at a $2500 asking price? Seller claims to have all of them, meaning all 4 on the NGC pop report. Found them in rolls, he says. Talk about cornering the market!

Usually we try to keep cost questions on the BST page.
I can tell you something about this, but cost was brought up. If you ask this on the BST page, I can then delete my reply here and then afterwards you can delete your post here.
