1878 7TF VAM 118 or something else?

1878 7TF VAM 118 or something else?

First look at this coin suggests VAM118 but upon closer examination I am not certain. Note that this coin has a dramatically doubled 2nd right star, has reverse die lines and does not have the die marker expected in the Cap. What am I missing here?

I believe you might be one off... A VAM-117 (think I see a closed 'o' of God). If it's open, it's a VAM-141...
