Hard to gauge true rarity. I found around 9 or so in my years of working on 1902-Os. Most grade out 62/63. For some reason not widely appreciated it seems. Didn't make the WOW list, maybe because it doesn't come around often.
Only auction house sale I ever saw was a PCGS in 63 that was a BIN at $450. Likely there have been more auction sales, I am just not aware of them. This is one that I would suggest a steep downgrade in VAM Value Guide pricing, but was never asked.
