Well, I finally took timeout from my study of the 1889-P VAM-7 and VAM-23 Series to complete the Attribution Guide for the 1889-P VAM-23B Die Sequences. The Attribution Guide is now available on the 1889-P page. A sample of the guide is shown below. To access the guide (go to the 1889-P Page) locate the 1889-P VAM-23B Flowchart & Die Sequences Guide. Then, just click on #1 "1889-P VAM-23B Flowchart & Die Sequences" located on the left-hand side. The guide contains three sections, A. Flowchart, B. Obverse Markers and C. Reverse Markers. Each Obverse/Reverse Marker is laid out side by side for each Die Sequence to help facilitate the attribution process.

Pete; The Money; Are you kidding me- I post about many things that dont include money,
but i like knowing values and its damm important, so get off my ass as we all need
o know values in order to make buying/selling decisions
Maybe you dont care what your LN'S are worth since like others, they have taken
a real beating the last 7 yrs. Your comments to me make me want outta this coin
deal even more as some take my posts completely out of context.
I was simply asking a simple question relative to 23A, but you could not resist
turning the conversation negative. Your problem not mine
A few other comments i must refrain from but you get my drift!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Are you one of the good ol boys team????? Must be!!!!!!!!!!

Yes. The 23A with naked-eye, across-the-room clash is the money coin. Others are the "bridesmaids," as it were.

Nice visual PUP's on a progression. Descriptions are the Bible, but the Pics are the best double check.
It is a Big help to have these types of charts,,,,, Scarface, Capped R and Unicorn come to mind, all Unicorn stages being achievable on a budget!
Thank's again Wayne.
When it's no longer fun, I think I'm done!

THANK YOU VERY MUCH Wayne for all your work on the die progressions of 1889 VAM 23 series. Researching such a large number of 1889 morgans requires dedication, patience and perseverance.
