Jody i have 2 1923-S on my desk with NO attributions and still weighting for Dr. Close . 1923-S must be looked
over . Yours is a little wonder passed by .. I refuse to Say VAM 1 .

I have this coin, not currently listed. I can see some displacement across the die break, especially at the left edge of neck. Before I give it a listing, I want to be able to get adequate photos demonstrating the die crack & displacement.
I have identified over 200 die marriages for 1923S, so it will take time to properly vet any new ones.
Keep on looking, there are still good coins out there!

As the reader can see, There are a lot of questions coming up about 1923S coins. I will focus my attention for now on this date, as there many more which likely deserve to be given VAM listings.
