I'll bite first: Is this a Bletchey Park https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bletchley_Park puzzle for us to solve?

If so, we'll need more hints.

And when you say "Info on the page that shows info on...", what page (or pages?) do you mean?

I think the answer is nothing. the tailfeathers on a 1921 have nothing to do with VAM numbers....
