The 1885 Coin in hand exhibits these diagnostics - (Normal/Far date)?, 1 dbld at top left of bottom crossbar & quad 5.
The coin in hand appears to be a new VAM. Below find list of doubled 5 & tripled 5 VAMs of 1885 from the VAM World 1885 Double Fives web-page along with images of the CIH.

Normal dates:

V2:1 dbld at top, Dash under 8, long die polish line thru cap ribbon.
V6:All numerals in date dbld, numerals in dentils.
V10:Date set in middle of range, pitting on top & left of ear.
V11:Date set left of normal, die polishing line thru cap ribbon.
V12:Thin line set well above 5.
V13:Vertical polishing line @ back of mouth.
V14,14a:Thread impression.
V15:1st 8 dbld, lines in eye, nose & liberty.
V38:Proof.
Far dates:
V5,V5a:5 dbld at bottom.
V23,V23a,V23b:5 dbld at lower inside.
V31:5 dbld at bottom.
