But I made an exception today. Stopped at local dealer B and M to pick up a little silver and gaze at stuff I can't afford. Asked to look at the junk box of Morgan and Peace dollars. Saw a Peace dollar so worn no date was visible. But I did grab this 1890 Morgan for $16, figure I can shove it in my pocket for a little more wear. The reverse convinced me to buy it....

I did. Cost me $11. But that was a few years ago. If I recall correctly, it was the first '83-CC VAM-2 registered with the SSDC. All part of the fun.
