Just asking from the Crew here a question . What do you think of the New Vaultbox ?
I think its kind of neat but Yes a Gimick . Kind of a cross over to the Card collectors to coins
with a scracher lotto feel to it . I did purchase one of these on the Pre Sale becasue I thought it was interesting , and the cool thing is that on Ebay they are selling for Double .
Well maybe this help with getting some more people interested in collecting . Possible ?
Well here is a link to them for those that dont know about these . https://vaultbox.com/product/series-1/

Hi John; I went to the link you supplied and did not really get the whole thing, but thats my bad
IMHO- Just like many various Modern Coins sales tactics and values,
i do not buy into spending my money on this stuff, as its all just another
one of someones marketing scheme to make money
I may be wrong but i preger to stay with traditional based hard assets like
coins themselves or bullion products, so im kinda old school, old fasioned
This way i know what im buying and dont lose my ass LOL
Be interesting to see what other more informed members have to say!!!!!!!!!!!!!

by UNCLE BINGO
Talk about watching the magician's hands
..... They must have found out some folks who already had coin collections could possibly be a little bit annoyed with the idea of paying to get 1 thru 10 on a piece of paper in a different kind of plastic ,,,, This has nothing to do with whatever the advertisement claims , and every thing to do with them trying to make more money IMHO....
Why don't they come up with new innovative ideas that are actually useful ? Silver eagles tend to spot for whatever reason. I would be impressed if they encapsulated them in some inert gas with in air tight plastic to try and prevent that .. for heck sakes, they put nitrogen in potato chips . Are you telling me they can't come up with some ideas to benefit the collectors, instead of just a scheme to line their own pockets ?

I despise lootboxes in video games. The only gambling I ever got sucked into was trying to trade stock options and cryptocurrency. I quit that nonsense and definately won't be buying one of these. I suppose CRH is gambling but at least you can only lose time!
Now that I think about it perhaps TPG is a form of gambling at least until you get good enough at estimating the grade you'll get.
