Closest match I see is the VAM-29 reverse. It looks unlisted.
Re: 1900-S VAM-??? Please help!
There were a lot of unlisted die pairs in Alan's study. I can look tonight to see if it matches one of them.

Not a VAM-29 Reverse as lines at bow, wing gap and leg wing gap do not match that die set.
Re: 1900-S VAM-??? Please help!
It is looking NEW. Exact obverse die of the 1900-S VAM-2 & exact reverse die as 1900-S VAM-12. It will make its way to one of the Johns. Thanks Everyone and Merry Christmas! (Even if you do not celebrate it I hope it is wonderful for you and yours!)
Re: 1900-S VAM-??? Please help!
Look at VAM-21 (or better here, VAM-21A).I think this might be an early state of that die pair an evil mimic. The bit by the second zero in the date is pretty suggestive. If so, both dies were repolished with remnants from this state taking a back seat to later more dominant polish lines.
Re: 1900-S VAM-??? Please help!
A couple shots that are less convincing, but might be due to excessive polishing.
Re: 1900-S VAM-??? Please help!
And this, of course, is the signature shot for the VAM-21A.

I do have the exact coin here, actually 3 of them. It is VAM-12. Yours is a different state based on the inside of the wreath bow. You should see a small break above R/DOLLAR on a light crack above AR-star-A. The break is subtle and on the second lowest leaf in that cluster. If yours has that, it is no doubt the same reverse die. Threw me off as I dismissed them by their absence of die scratches and gouge inside the wreath. It is funny that the 21/21A also has a similar small break on that 0 in the date. Need to discriminate those two.
