78P 7/8 TF Strong Vam 40 EDS or something else

Was reviewing my vams and wanted to confirm whether this coin was a vam 40, just very EDS. Appears the vam 40 is 1 of the more difficult 7/8 strong vams to locate.
Looking at the pics posted. this coin has no die cracks on reverse and no 'V' gauge by ICA. Realize coin reverse has a lot of circulation 'dirt', but confirmed no V with my loupe. However it has the leaf and left bow gauges, indicative of the B/Aj reverse, and the obverse has the missing N & M serifs.
