Got something pretty cool today

Post by vampicker » Tue Dec 06, 2022 12:16 am

Stopped by the office of Kolbe & Fanning to pick up an old book I'd won and David Fanning had this letter and large prints from FX Klaes book set aside for me. Wasn't cheap, but happy to have these

Very cool indeed. :D
Actual content material from the earliest VAM reference book published in 1963.
When in doubt... don't.

Thanks for sharing John

I am a Huge history buff/fan so this fits in nicely
Every road trip i take sees me visiting museum/museums
as it opens up otherwise unknown places of interest
to visit and learn new things. Also cheapest/best
entertainment.

Early in my life i was attracted to my lifetime passion
of Morgan dollar collecting, influenced party due to
the fantastic history associated therof. Makes package
all more appealing.

It also makes it damm tough to mentally begin to
let go all my silver discs/friends. Real tough

Nice treasure.

Could have also been a medal by Morgan or of a coining press.
