1878-S VAM Identification Help Full R, Broken Star

This VAM features a full R, a partially broken 4th Star, a polishing line from Liberty's forehead to the top of her hair, and an S/S that's so overpunched it looks more like a rectangular blob than an S.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
