yet another PCGS "oops"
Holder errors are fun. Most can be understood to some degree, like when 1883 gets keyed in as 1888, or one of the digits in the serial number prefix is typed in slightly wrong, or a mint mark gets overlooked.
But this holder error is ridiculous:
The date on the holder (1887-P) and the actual date of the coin (1921-P) are miles apart. So are the serial number prefixes (7172 is correct for 1887-P, but 7296 is correct for 1921-P.)
I can't help but wonder if there's an 1887-P somewhere out there in a PCGS MS64 holder that says 1921-P.
This coin is a VAM 1Y, by the way.

When in doubt... don't.

Re: yet another PCGS "oops"
Looks OK here. Maybe the VAM attribution department put the label on it.

My favorite has to be an ANACS oops (Vintage). Any more you need to get up pretty early to catch ANACS like this.

less surprising...
