I saw this on a. CSN commercial this morning...thought I would pass it along, 1st time I've seen it didn't know if anyone else saw it.

I would really like to know how the telemarketers are allowed to get their hands on everything first. It seems as though the mint doesn't care about the collecting community. They keep allowing the telemarketers to set the price for everything. I spoke with the Senator that is involved with many complaints regarding the U.S Mints practices. I also informed him of this shady practice with the telemarketers.

One other thing. All these designations given such as, "First strike," First day of issue, signatures of Mint Directors, etc etc. One big money making scam. It seems as though the grading companies are being controlled by the telemarketers.

Is it a US mint or canadian Mint strike or private Mint . Just kind of strange that we had No Clue about this .

I had to get up early for kids softball tourney and the commercial was on history channel...mezack (however it's spelled) said 5000 made from Fiji mint, don't know how many he got since it was almost over. $400 pair CSN, $300 EA HSN are the only places I found them for sale.
