This one was easier. VAMs 3FS1 and 3FS2 were found to be duplicates of VAM 3ED1 and 3ED2 and were eliminated in July 2017 when VAM 3ED2 was revised to include a die break that had been listed on VAM 3FS2.
Welcome to the VAMWorld 2.0 discussion boards. R.I.P. old VAMWorld.

There are currently over 460 different 1921-P VAMs. The identification of duplicates – and removals of some previously listed VAMs – happens at least a few times each year. It is inevitable that there will be more.
When in doubt... don't.

The 3ED die pair was discovered in 2009 before your 2012 discovery.

The shear numbers of 21 vams is super crazy and lends to much confusion along the
way. IMHO - it does not further the sport to have so many of which carry no premiums
All members see a daunting attrib task and most including me will not even try
This clasher/break heaven is surely a beauty as are many others of like kind & date
I am not dishing the 21 series, but rather making a general statement of too many vams,
with to little premium value and little collector interest. I guess way to many people collecting
helped ruin the otherwise solid/lucrative vam mkt.

The goal of the VAM system is to number and catalog every known die variety by date and mint mark.
