1878 VAMs 100 and 101

Continuing with making the 1878 listings easier to follow, VAM 100.2 is now VAM 100 and VAM 100.1 is now VAM 101. Both are valid coins for the same Top 100 slot.

The composite picture at the top of the 101 page needs to be edited as it still shows the 100 reverse?

J B, I tried to change my 100.1 and 100.2 to VAMs 100 and 101 but there isn't a 100 or 101 listed yet.

This still needs to be taken care of in the registry. @fogie or @alefzero will take care of this. I believe that once they do this, your coins will automatically be changed to the new VAM numbers.

I have altered the SSDC registry to reflect the aforementioned changes. I think I even did it right!
