Definitely a fun VAM and not as hard to find as I was led to believe 😅

Somewhere out there, there is a book that mentions this VAM and, if I recall correctly, the fella that wrote it didn’t think this was a particularly tough one to find… though it’s been a while since I looked at that book.

The radial die crack near the first right star makes it a 38B. The 38A without this crack is not nearly as common.

 38B - A total clasher winner & a sure favorite of
this ol Morgan Lover. Finding a ms 65 equals
a super day. 38A is super hard find, as i have
found only 2 to date.

38B with typical rust rev is cool & resembles
the 82 O/S series

Short answer? No. This isn't a particularly late stage v38b... those dies really went through a lot.
