1902-O VAM1???

So, it has been a long time since I posted,. I hope everyone is well.

I have an interesting coin. The coin is a 1902-O and as far as I can tell this would be a closed 9, even though technically under high magnification, it doesn't actually touch. I'm sending pics of the date, the mint mark and an interesting set of pick up points. Maybe someone can identify the actual VAM. I was unable on a cursory look.

Note the doubling/spikes/gouges/whatever they are...on the RI of PLURIBUS.
