For VAM 8 LDS die pair 2?

This coin is a xf40
And it’s hard to see tripling
Of the hair because of the wear
On the coin, wasn’t sure if that issue
Would disqualify the VAM 8

Well the LFCP of the obverse rules out a VAM-8. I was going with the m/m placement. The VAM-8 is a normal date, mostly centered within normal.

There is a lot of die incest in the 1892-S series. So it could be many die pairs. Hard to tell with the pics. And yeah, a EF40 coin makes it tuffer.

That is completely up to you of course. Nothing wrong with an EF40 in this series.
