Not Able to Add Pictures to a Post?

I am trying to setup a new post and receive this message when attempting to add pictures:
ERROR Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached.

No more posts?

I believe picture size is limited to 2MB@. It sounds like perhaps your picture exceeded that?

The attachment for the forum had a quota set at 5 GB. 26,354 attachments later, we've reached that. I increased the quota, so it should work now.
