2 for 1 78-S
Just picked up a NGC Mint Error 63 78-S with a neat reverse lamination at 6:00 on reverse; yeah lamination errors aren’t worth much of a premium but this is V 17DS2; polish lines above bow; tied as top in pop for the die state…

doesn't look like a delamination or metal mixture error from the pics.
perhaps strike through or some other contaminant on the surfaces?
