My guess is MS64.. but that is not my opinion on the grade.

62. Tops a 63. Not above, though.

62; don’t like the black stuff or the obv mark below the chin; i.e., no eye appeal; as this is a common as dirt V33, I wouldn’t want this as part of my set!
