Re: Attribute This
This has been a hot huge mistake discussion for a few weeks now.
Re: Attribute This
It seems like the PCGS attribution Department couldn't correctly identify it's own a** even if it used a mirror and had an assistant to give it directions.
When in doubt... don't.
Re: Attribute This
PCGS is a smoldering turd of a company. If it wasn't for their registry I would never use their services.
Re: Attribute This
Wow.
Some may not want to read what follows but please think about what I'm going to say before replying:
The complete story is that we are collectively guilty of supporting them and their incompetency. Every time we send coins in to them, and pay for the service (however good or bad), each time we put a premium on their holder when buying (or that damned CAC stamp which I think is a farce, too, in many ways) we buy into the scheme.
None other than us are to blame for our part. Doesn't exonerate or condone their part so don't take me as supporting their business model or their actions - they're quite fine taking our coins and our money. I'd gladly take your coins and your money if you'd care to send them to me. (And please do... ;-])
If we see ourselves as part of the problem we can see ourselves as part of the solution.
I've decided my coins will go to ANA as much as possible but don't judge anyone else where they send theirs. We all have a choice.
I hope my thoughts help others rethink their actions and how we can make it better for us all.

Re: Attribute This
Yeah, some person on CCF claims to be the owner but I'm starting to doubt that. It is certainly not what PCGS claims it to be.

Somewhere in 14.2 area?
Refrain from computing the total number of poultry... before the process of incubation has fully materialized.
Re: Attribute This
Hi All
PCGS has now corrected this to a 14.2 from a 14.20 on the Verify Look up .
They are looking for person whom sent it in so they can correct the lable .

Good to hear!
What's the chance that PCGS said it was a "mechanical error"? Since, of course, it never makes attribution mistakes.
