I'd really appreciate opinions and advisement on a couple things. The first... is this the top of a digit 1 in the denticles? The second... is this rust pitting or acid treatment in the wing-body gap?

The date was completely in the hub for 1878, so there are no MPDs. The stuff by the wing is just some light pitting.
