That's the VAM 31 obverse. With the apparent tilt on the mintmark, I'd most likely call this VAM 67 if it crossed my desk

I agree with VAM 67. The mint mark is encroaching on high, but calling it something new without seeing how it's different from VAM 67 would risk creating a listing that stands a good chance of needing to be deleted.
