1878 P 7/8 Tail Feathers Question

Picked up one of the ugliest 7/8 TFs you'd ever want to see. Cleaned, black gunk, corrosion. Definitely not pretty. But, I grabbed it at a fairly cheap price because it was one I didn't have. Problem is, now that it is in hand, ai can't figure it out. Could be due to.the cleaning or wear, but I can't match it and need some help (and better eyes).

It's a 7/8 weak... I can see 4 of the "under" feathers. Has a broken 4th star, no file line on the cap. Nothing under the arrow fetching. Here are some crappy pics (cell phone thru a 10x triplet). I will try to get better pics with my digital microscope.

Thanks. I did look at those, but neither one is a match. Can't use the finer die markers as this coin is pretty rough, but the bigger ones don't match.

I should not have doubted Mike! Thank you, JR. I couldn't make out the finer PUPs due to the poor condition, but I learned long ago that if JR or JB says it is, it is. Thank you, again, to @hairfield1, @morganman and @vampicker for your help!
