Good call on the Obverse - Definitely a match ---Not such a good call on the reverse - Definitely NOT a match to either the VAM-12 or 12A. The VAM-12 &12A are listed as having the III 2 7 obverse and they are the only ones listed with said obverse, so this is looking like a new combination.

The reverse is different ,
So that being said
Here’s is my suggestion/conclusion:
This is either a new die combination
Or the long lost vam 55
But I’ll let one of the John’s make the call

Thats sort of where I was headed with it. Hopefully it will turn out to be the 55 rather than a new one. Thanks for your input.
