I have an relatively untrained voice here, but the pitting around the date and RIBU are not strongly there. I don't see an upclose picture of the first 3 stars on the right, but your FCP doesn't show them very clearly. Yet this might be a different die state where they're simply not as stron?

The reverse looks OK - especially the mm, the die scratches in the middle of the bow and the ones near the eagle's right leg - but this variety does share a reverse with the VAM-29, but I don't see the clear PUPs from your picture to rule that one in (or out).

Here's a couple of pictures of my PCGS 62 - not the loveliest of coins but still a solid VAM-7. Hope these help. Looking foward to hearing the opinions of the experts...
