1881-O VAMs 68, 77A, and 77

I have now had time to review these coins and I believe the classification of VAMs 77 and 77A need to be removed and replaced with just VAM 68. I have pulled all of the coins in question and examined them in detail.

I have removed (moved down) listings for VAMs 77 and 77A.

By the way, did we ever figure out why VAM 78 was skipped?

Looks like there are pictures of 81-O VAM 78 in the collection of photos I got from Leroy. I can't find a letter that goes along with them, though, which is odd. I'll look into it more tonight.
