Not sure if that is a crack on the coin or the holder. It is still in its plastic holder and not until it is taken out of the holder will I believe it to be a die break/crack. Looks like plastic is cracked to me. JMO
I may not be the best, but I do not know anyone better.

It is in JB's (messydesk) thread on the CU US Coins forum thread where the discussion is of strike-throughs. (One of them initially looked like a crack on the plastic capsule reflected off of the coin. Not this one though.)

Keep an eye on it and see what it goes for. There's probably a critical mass of 21-D sheared rim strike-thrus out there that'll drive up both interest in these errors and price.
