Anybody's guess-----wasn't planned that way so when do they have a starting point to begin counting

1964 missing dot after T resulted from a "filled die" according to "A Charlton Standard Catalogue" of
"Canadian Coins" Volume One Numismatic Issues 2012 66th Edition W. K. Cross page 327.

A filled die where debris has clogged an incuse device is a random occurrence. The mintage of a specific clogged die is not possible unless you possess the original mint bag where the event originated and ended.
