legitimate 1889 CC?

I couldn't find a reverse with the CC set the way it is here. I did find what looks like a lowered second C that looks fatter at its 'belly' but it is not set as low as on this coin. http://ec2-13-58-222-16.us-east-2.compu ... 42012a.jpg I'm thinking added to a 1889 P.

the closeup is through a microscope, via phone camera. hope it works for id. i can take other microscope pics of other parts of ob/rev if it helps.
