No. AU means --- AU: Slight rub or field disturbance. That means the coin will never qualify as Uncirculated no matter how much one wishes, prays, or whatever.

It’s hard to see on these pics for sure but looks Au to me . Still nice coin

Looks really nice in the position it's in...
Maybe a scratch on the jawline.
If it's bugging you enough to consider resending it, do it. Just might be worth it.
At least you'll get it out of your system. Best of luck either way.

Short answer: No.

Longer answer: No, and here's how you can see why. Stand the slab on edge on a white piece of paper on a table you're seated at, about a foot in front of you so that you can see the obverse. Look at the tip of Liberty's bust and front of the cheek. You will see a grayish area here where the rest of the coin reflects white. This is the circulation rub that guarantees an AU grade.
