Back from LVA- 1921-D and 1922 D Revisions
I'm posting this LVA Revision letter to Roger Beckner here again under a different subject title so it can be linked to the correct pages and in case discussion about the 21 D and 22D coins are desired. I've updated the pages already to reflect the revisions. Roger finds an amazing number of new VAMs and revisions to older VAMs, especially late die states, so there is lots of information from his Leroy letters to discuss.

Re: Back from LVA- 1921-D and 1922 D Revisions
Thank you Geoffrey for page update on 1921 D VAM 1K3 Revision. My primary focus was pointing out die crack from left neck point through first left star to rim at second left star with displaced field. Die crack shows displaced field at both sides of first left star and another displaced field at intersection of die cracks at second left star. My supplemental photos on the page portray these displaced fields in detail.
Thank you Geoffrey for page update on 1921 D VAM 1L3 Revision. I wanted to emphasize the retained cud die break above eagle's left wing tip from A (AMERICA) to above F (OF). LVA said "plus break above wing tip to A". I would like to point out that ANACS lists a population of six 1921 D VAM 1L Retained Cud specimen which were attributed before VAM 1L2 or VAM 1L3 was designated.
The 1922 D which was labeled as a VAM 2AF Revised will have to returned to LVA for Review because die crack/die break from left tip of neck goes through 1 in date (not above the 1 as shown on VAM 2AF).
Duplicate VAM listings need to be eliminated. Glad to help clean up the 1900 O VAM designations !!

Tom - I (RogerRock), in all due respect, prefer to wait until LVA does a review on this 1922 D.
