1921-P VAM 58

Picking is slow on the Peace dollar side , I have been looking ms grades .
I picked this 1921 Morgan . Maybe a nice one to have . Au it turned out to be a 1921 VAM 58 raw
ms 63 64 . :popcorn: This VAM 58 has finger gouge ST in STATES . is this something new .

Both of my VAM 58s have light beveling in the denticles above S _O like your does, but neither have a finger feed gouge in ST.
When in doubt... don't.

Dennis should I send this to LVA for revision ( finger gouge at ST ) .

I suggest asking messydesk first; I don't have enough experience sending finger feed gouge coins to LVA to know what his inclination toward them is.

Lost in paper work from LVA , but it is home .. This is a 1921-P VAM 58A .
Just home from vacation even the pups when to the high country ... Will post letter and photo of this

My two VAM 58s do not exhibit beveling above S or feed finger gouge at T.

Does your coin have any clashing at Liberty's throat?
I have one coin with 1 clash and another with 2 clashes.

It has 2 clash marks a throat . wide apart .
