At that point I stopped looking at other diagnostics. But when I did later, I saw that your coin appears to have only a minimally broken R in TRUST, whereas in a 166 it is pronounced:
The doubling you show in the P and U of PLURIBUS are less distinctive and 'sharp' than is the case on VAM 166, and the 'doubling' you show on the top/right outside of the 1 in the date doesn't look like doubling at all to me. Here are shots from my PCGS-attributed XF45:
