1900-0 Near Slanted Date With Wing Gouges

[Flat-Chested]

This coin appears to have the 3 gouges pointing up to the I in RIB as in the “very near” slanted date 1900-O VAM-56, but this coin is instead a “near” slanted date. There are two gouges in the eagle’s left wing, a gouge over the inner tail feathers beside the eagle’s right leg, a gouge in the bow. Unsure which VAM this may be. Is it a O over CC?

I see a die gouge inside the bow, so I'd try VAM-36. It's a near slanted date with a high 'O' tilted right, which the pictures of your coin seem to be.
