Nice $50 cherry!
Nothing super special but it sure feels good with the lackluster way 2020 has gone.. This was the best of a few nice cherries from a short day trip yesterday

Looks like it transects the bottom corner of the cap band and goes into the hair a little with a large displaced and retained triangle from wheat leaf tip to band and a smaller retained triangle die chip at the bottom tip of that one...collectinsince65 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 01, 2020 7:03 pmExcellent Chris!

Wholesale dealer friend that moves mountains of inventory. Every few weeks I go down and have lunch with him and go through piles of coins for first shot on whatever I want
I'm not much for online Cherrypicking aside what shows up on my FB wall from various coin groups I'm in. And I'm not an "active" hunter online. If a hidden gem crosses my path its mine but I don't typically go actively hunting for cherries online. Not a big fan of cherrypicking via photos much. Especially on Ebay. All the clicking and zooming. Yuk

Unfortunately, I didn't start this out with my customary "WOW!"... I'll ask Russ, who got the 1a3 listed or JR/JB to support or refute me, but I believe the 1a3 stage starts when that Y in the crack in front of the cap band breaks out, so my opinion is you have a VERY NICE VAM-1a2.
