My 1899-o VAM-30 - Is a 1-8-9-9 possible?

Reason why I ask.
None of the cracks inherent to the 1899-o VAM-30 on my coin are not fully formed.
There seems to be a serif ball mark below the second nines hoop
There seems to be an outside line where a shifted nine would show if doubled, lower right outside of the second 9
OR are my eyes deceiving me

The outside-right of the top loop in the 8 sure looks doubled, but I don't see anything else.

Looks as though the 1, 8, and 9 match the doubling listed for that VAM. Inside the last 9 looks more like a toning issue.

I do see on my coin what you are talking about on the second nine. This is the best that I could capture it without my 50mm lens.

Thanks Dave - Your coin definitely does NOT have what I am seeing but a newer picture I took
shows whats going on.
Right outside edge line I see is toning.
The inside below the hoop is a hit on the ball of the serif and wiped some metal into the leg opening.

Well Mike, my take-away from this is I need to organize my boxes of raw Morgans...

edit to add - and not let my wife clean my desk. My 50mm lens is missing since her last clean sweep.
