I need help with my 1921 Peace vam 1O

I have a 1921 SEGSMS63, that I have marked as a vam 1O.
I noticed on the 1921 vam 1O page, it only shows pictures,
of the two clashes running up and out, from the top of the wing
and describes and has a picture of the Small high die chip at
the back of the neck next to the hair, from a heavy die clash.
My question is, does the vam 1O have the additional two clashes,
under the U and M, the V clash, on the ray, on the eagle's back
and the curved line, near the bottom of the wing tip, running out
and up over the ray, like the pictures of my 1921 Peace dollar?
Thank you, Bert

Looking at your pictures and those of the discovery coin, I'd want to compare the die polishing between the two to see if maybe yours has more clash detail from before the dies were polished. If you can match up some of the stronger die polishing lines on both sides of your coin, I'd say that the other clashes were on the discovery coin as well. This variety is listed for the die chip on the obverse, not the clashes. I can't read the die polishing of your coin very well. The slab is a bit scratched up, too.

Thank you John,
I just received a 1921 PCGSMS64+,yesterday, that is also a vam 1O.
The clashes, under the M, in UNUM, are very weak, compared to my SEGSMS63.
Compare to the pictures above, on my 1921 SEGSMS63.
You can see polish lines, where they tried to remove those other clashes too,
on my new PCGSMS64+ 1921..
Does anyone know how to contact William Bland, who discovered the vam !O,
back in 2006, to see if his discovery coin, has the additional clashes, under the
M, in UNUM?
I just thought, if it was important enough, to note and add a picture of the
"1921 Peace vam 1O Heavy Die Clash Marks", on the vam 1O page, that if there
were more nearby strong clashes, that it would be important.
Thank you, Bert
