No help here as, for me at least, 21-S is the HARDEST year/mint to attribute unless it has some easily keyword-searchable feature. Mad respect to JB & JR for tackling them when they have to. Nothing worse than having to try to attribute a morgan going off of nothing more than the type and location of die polish patches, for me at least. And I LOVE wicked die polishing but 21s is just such a strange animal. My hat is off to you if you decide to dig in on 21s. I really hope you do. You can be of immense help here! 😊

Yep just dipping my feet into this . I think this one coin has me hooked .
And also talking to VamHelsing really got me Hooked on these .
So its just a start and I will be asking alot of questions as I go along .
But Yes the info seems slightly Vague on the 21-s VAMS , but as we discover new stuff
all will improve for others . It really looks like a fun set with alot of mystery . LOL .
The Quest Begins Again !!!

Is that an M clash at the top tip of the d of God? Probably just toning variation.

I will be getting the coin in hand this week, I will check out the M ( For a Calsh) in a microscope .
Also I will see if the Doubling is a Lighting issue or Real . So I guess stay tuned .
Yep just trying to learn these So might as well ask questions from the Crew and

Yep the coin came in , the Doubling on the Face is neat , Still cant attribute it to a VAM yet . The Doubling is Major
around the Lips and Nose . Maybe I need to send this one out for research ! Maybe Leroy when I can figure out what the protocol is to do this . I know he is out for a bit due to the Corona Virus , but WOW what a Scholar he is !!! Just he is the
say all be all !!! It would be a Honor to send him a coin !!

This coin looks to have been clashed as some time, Try looking at all the clashed die varieties that are listed. It may not have letter transfer now, but in an earlier die state it may have and you can look for other pick up points.

I cant pin anything down.

EDS specimens are tough without close ups of obverse and reverse markers.
Send Jr/anacs if its a raw coin

If its slabbed already send to VSS

If you like I can look at it as well but I too
Would need to see it in hand.

Got scribs?
