New URLs

The vamworld.com domain has been redirected now to point to the new VAMWorld wiki. The old wiki is temporarily available at http://old.vamworld.com. The forum is http://forum.vamworld.com. Now I can pack for the ANA show!

John,

Are the pop reports at the end of each VAM listing a thing of the past? They were almost never up to date.

Yes, for the reason you cited. They're more up to date on the registry and various TPG pop reports.

Looking good. Gonna be some growing pains and personal adjustments though, that's for sure. Example question: I have an 81s with a gouge at F of OF. In similar cases I start by googling "1881s vam gouge" and see what pops up. Well, the 1D & 76 did but when I click on them it just sends me to the front page of the new migration. Will these individual google links take you to the specific VAM pages in time?

I imagine so. Google spider bots have been crawling the old VAMWorld for a long time. They have to learn the new wiki. Meanwhile, there is a search tool within the new wiki that should work as well as Wikipedia's.
