VAM-11 is a pretty common O/CC
This looks like a VAM-11 to me.

I'm so sorry, I didn't look close enough.

This is not a VAM-11 O/CC.

The crack is in the wrong location and the mm is also not in the correct location for the VAM-11. It is not an O/CC. I will see if I can figure this out and get back to you.

This probably is a 1900-O VAM-33.
The 33 has the obverse of the VAM-11 O/CC.

I do not believe the 33 and the 11 are the same obverse.
First, the crack out of the hair is in a different location.
But more importantly, the date locations are different. The date on the 11 is located a little bit left of the second denticle. The 33 date is just to the right of the second denticle.

All VAM 11 1900 O/CC obverses have a distinct diagonal die gouge from the left wheat stalk below 'I' in Pluribus to the right bottom of 'I' in Pluribus. The coin pictured is a VAM 33, whose obverse does not. All VAM 33 have a doubled 1 on the lower serif.
