new from LVA

Just back from Leroy. 1890 S VAM 12 has two reverse dies, VAM 25 eliminated.
Two new for 1887-VAM 26 die 4(obv&rev) and VAM 39. LVA called it VAM 38 but we already have VAM 38. I have an email in to him for clarification.
