Another of my unknowns

Have 2 examples of this one, normal date, centered mm, but many gouges in bow area and another in the olive leaf area. Doesn't match anything in my set of 91o Morgans, but is it a VAM 1 or does it need to get looked at?

Looks like a couple of others with a mm set in that same postion are listed as high.

The only normal date / mm set high is VAM 8, but it also lists a doubled ear which these 2 examples do not have. Seems to be unlisted.
